Challenge
With the new legislation on mobility budgets coming into effect in January 2026, companies must perform accurate and transparent calculations. The manual process for this was time-consuming, error-prone, and difficult to scale.
VNHM's approach
- Development of a custom software tool that fully automates the calculation of mobility budgets.
- Integration with existing systems such as ZoHo and internal databases.
- Use of API links and automation flows (n8n) to process data smoothly.
- Creation of dynamic documents and reports for fast communication with end customers.
Result
The tool reduces calculation time from hours to minutes and guarantees error-free output. This allows MBE to focus on advice and strategic guidance, while the tool takes away the operational burden.
